For account issues, include the email address you signed up with so we can find your data quickly. For billing issues, include the last four digits of the card and the date of the charge.
What to write us about
- Product help. Stuck inside the studio, screenshots not generating, or App Growth report missing data? Email us with your account email and a screenshot of the issue and we will get it fixed.
- Billing & subscription. Plan changes, refund requests, invoice copies, or VAT/GST receipts. We process billing changes the same day.
- Partnerships & integrations. If you build tools for app teams — analytics, ASO, localization, or store optimization — and want to integrate with Ryplix, write in with what you have in mind.
