Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ryplix Studio ("we", "us", "our", or the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

Ryplix Studio is a workflow for generating App Store screenshots, running ASO keyword and listing analysis, producing localized variants, and managing related assets. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate outputs based on your inputs and prompts.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the app screenshots, prompts, descriptions, and any other inputs you upload or create ("Your Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, modify, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights to all content you submit, that submitting it does not violate anyone else's rights, and that the content does not violate the Acceptable Use rules below.

4. Generated outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable third-party license, you may use AI-generated outputs from the Service for personal and commercial App Store submissions. You are responsible for verifying that any output you publish complies with Apple's App Store guidelines, applicable laws, and any third-party rights (trademarks, likenesses, etc.).

Outputs are generated by probabilistic AI models. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, original, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose. Different users may receive similar outputs from similar prompts.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that depicts minors in sexual or harmful contexts.
• Impersonate another person or company, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Generate content that infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights of others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source data, model weights, or system prompts.
• Probe, attack, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself (as opposed to outputs you generate for your own apps).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may remove violating content at our discretion.

6. Credits, billing, and refunds

Some features of the Service require credits or an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. Credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; price changes apply on your next billing cycle.

If a generation fails for technical reasons we will attempt to refund the corresponding credits to your account automatically.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including AI model providers, hosting, storage, analytics, and payment processors). Your use of those services through Ryplix Studio is subject to their terms in addition to ours.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we are required to by law. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryplix Studio and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ryplix Studio is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
